Our independently owned and operated company has grown from blending and packaging cleaning chemicals for the Janitorial, Carwash, and Coffee industries into a fully customized contract filler serving all non-food industries including EPA regulated disinfectants and sanitizers. FORMULATING
Whether you have a super-secret family formula or know what you want to provide but not how to make it, Impackt Packaging can help. We have hundreds of existing formulas that may work for you, or our product engineering team can formulate to your specific needs. If you do have a secret formula, it’s safe with us. We strongly believe in the protection of your formula and are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements that protect your rights and intellectual property.
Our Capabilities
BLENDING
The best blends start with the best ingredients and our long standing relationships with suppliers paired with our precision formulating processes ensure your formula is right the first time, and every time. And depending on your formula needs, we can start with DI water or even purified water. With several blending tanks under one roof, we can blend liquids in batch sizes from 5 – 1,000 gallons.
FILLING
Impackt Packaging’s multiple filling lines can accommodate containers from 4-ounce bottles to 55-gallon drums. Our fully automated inline fillers include filling, capping, induction sealing, label application, and batch code bottle printing, all while producing tens of thousands of units per day.
